Controller and Human Resource Administrator

Barbara has been part of the Southwest Environmental family since 2001 and is currently the Controller and Human Resource Administrator. She holds a certificate of completion on the Department of Industrial Relations/Certified Payroll Compliance and Federal Davis-Bacon Compliance.

Barbara facilitates compliance by working with Unions to hire apprentices, preparing prevailing wage payroll, and maintaining mandatory reports on the D.I.R. site. With her knowledge of the reporting process necessary to complete a public works contract, Southwest Environmental, Inc. has been able to complete multiple public works projects.

If not at the office, you can expect to find her at a billiard table somewhere.
